I've never measured any of my ankles, wrist, hips, waist, or everything else just because I know I can't change the figure like how I want it to but I know I can control my weight and if it comes off, the measurements will fall as well.
I'm 5 foot 8, which is around 173 cm. I've reached the highest weight and it was 152 pounds, then was down to 128 in 2 weeks time. Lowest weight reached was 121 pounds with laxatives and 123 without laxatives. Current weight is fluctuating between 123 until 126 pounds, depending on what I ate and when I weighed myself. My BMI is 18.9 with 5 foot 8 and 124.5 pounds record.
I feel so disgusting right now. I can't even stop eating although I know I'm getting fat.
It's the New Year's now and I'm still lowering my goal weight. Currently I'm 119, which is my lowest weight as well.
Everytime I feel like giving up, remember why I first started. Be skinny, be beautiful, be perfect.
